1) Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $25 deposit due at booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until deposit has been received.

2) What happens if it rains?

Rain Cancellation Policy:

* If customer cancels due to rain before the delivery is in route, a 100% refund is returned to the renter.

* If customer cancels due to rain while delivery is in route, refund is not returned to customer, however, deposit amount is applied toward the next rental within 1 calendar year.

* If customer cancels after delivery truck has arrived, no refund of deposit is given.

* In some cases such as severe weather or rainy conditions throughout the day we will be forced to cancel the order. We will not set up during those conditions. If we cancel, a refund will be issued.

3) Can I allow food and beverages inside inflatables? No. B&J's offers high quality, clean inflatables. allowing food and beverages inside will compromise the cleanliness, and can possibly cause staining to inflatables. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

4) What if I need to cancel or reschedule? If you need to reschedule your date. we will work with you on scheduling a new date, however, the new date may not be available. If for some reason you need to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 3 day notice.

5) If I cancel my order can I receive a refund? Depending on the situation. If you need to cancel your order we ask that you contact us 7 days prior to your scheduled event to receive a refund. If you cancel 3 days or less prior to your event we will use deposits and payments as a credit for your next event. Credits last 1 year from the date of scheduled event. If you cancel once we're on scene at your event. No refund or Credit will be given.
